Deposit, Payment Plan, and Tuition

When students apply for Kirkwood study abroad, they are required to submit a $500 deposit by the application deadline as their first payment toward their program fee. The $500 is refunded if a student is not selected for study abroad. The deposit is non-refundable after the student is accepted for study abroad. Upon acceptance, payment terms will be established and available for review on student's study abroad profile. All program fees must be paid in full a minimum of 30 days prior to departure.  Tuition must also be paid prior to departure.
