The Course:  Spanish Language classes (4 credits) 
Study Spanish Language and Culture in Mexico at El Centro de Idiomas del Sureste.  Small class size ensures that students have the opportunity to really learn Spanish from highly trained instructors.  CIS Photo Gallery

The Destination: Mérida, México
Situated on the northern coast of the Yucatán Peninsula, Mérida is the safest city in the safest state in México.  Nicknamed “La Ciudad Blanca” for the many white-washed buildings and marble monuments the city is known for its beautiful colonial architecture, a stunning Plaza Central and the Mayan influence on the local food and culture.  Mérida is a cosmopolitan city with all the modern conveniences located near stunning beaches, Mayan ruins and thousands of cenotes.  Come and learn in the real México!
